[Casa] No CASA coffee today

Hi folks,

I have a conflict this morning at 09:00 so there is no CASA coffee
meeting today. We will have one on Friday this week.

A few additional notes:

   - Please be safe today -- I'd suggest remote work today if you
     can do so. That is what I plan to do. This snow will stay
     at least until tomorrow so snow clearing will take longer
     than usual, particularly on side roads.
   - There is an accountability exercise scheduled for tomorrow,
     probably around 11 AM. Please watch your phones and email
     and respond promptly since line managers cannot respond for you.
   - Thanks to those who are contributing to ops procedure
     reviews while we work on getting clearance for state change
     procedures and to start accelerator operations again.
   - Just to clear the air, there is no immediate impact on
     lab operations or our activities (including remote work
     authorization) from executive orders signed Monday; this
     per our site office confirmed with DOE HQ and the acting
     secretary.
