[Casa] Info: coffee/donuts, CASA move, safety policy update

Hi folks,

Per the 9 AM this morning, here are few items for your info:

   - In-person coffee/donuts is this Weds (Jul 30) at 9 AM. I'll
     also be dropping off some donuts in MCC for those that are
     working on beam studies and dosimetry replacements; there is
     already coffee there. :)

   - We expect to be displaced from the ARC sometime between
     ARC 18-29. I expect we will not have an official landing
     spot for individuals by then, so please use brown boxes to
     pack your things and label each of your boxes with your name.
     Do NOT use yellow temporary bins from FML unless you know
     where they are landing, as they are for temporary use.

     - Take home everything that is personal property.

     - Lab property that would have justifiable use at home (e.g.
       monitors and/or docking stations) can be taken home with
       an approved property pass:

       Desktops cannot be taken home under this policy. Please contact
       me if you have a desktop that you will need remote access to after
       the move so we can assemble an inventory for ACE support.

     - I will let everyone know where brown boxes will be stored when
       I find out from FML, in case you need to access anything in them
       during their storage period.

     - Remember to use PLANNG for any time spent on packing and
       the move.

   - Our Director has signed out an updated laboratory safety policy
     (attached and posted on the ES&H Manual webpage). The changes
     reflect his personal perspective (see closing statements at bottom
     of the page) and incorporate our Safety Culture model behaviors of
     Integrity, Curiosity, Humility and Leadership. This policy retains
     the key message that “No activity is so urgent or important that
     we will compromise our safety, health, or environmental standards.”
