[Casa] Student project ideas page

Hi there,

the  projects do not need to be funded to appear on the web page.

But there is a general understanding that Geoff had introduced that
for PhD projects half the funding should come from the mentor's group
(such as Grant or LDRD) and the other half could then be funded via
divisional funds. In this way the divisional funding can cover twice
as many students.

Moreover, there is also VITA funding available (Jean Delayen PI and has
the last word there). This is a 2-year traineeship program aimed at four
key areas (SRF, RF power, cryogenics, complex accelerator systems).
This can fund  two years of a master student or the first two years
of a PhD student.

So, if you have a good idea for a project, let me know and I'll add
it to the page. Please check out use the existing projects as a
template for what info I need.
