[Casa] Building 87/89 workspaces, CASA coffee/donuts Sep 24

Hi folks,

Firstly, a great thanks to all CASA members for getting us packed and
out of the ARC building on schedule. I know it was a big effort from
many of us to get everything sorted, organized, and packed.

Here's an update on available spaces for CASA in Buildings 87 and 89
now that we are out of the ARC building. See the attached building
maps for Building 87 and 89:

87: We have two offices (100A, Tristan; 105, Todd/storage/floating)
     and two cubicles (100-21/22) available now, with another half
     cubicle (100-1, sharing with Kathy Larrieu in 100-2) becoming
     available when Matt Poelker moves to the UITF around Oct 6.

89: We have two cubicles (110-19, 110-26) available now.

Please use these as work spaces when you are at the lab. I plan
to put some of our ARC monitors etc in these areas if there are
not already monitors installed there. It would be best to use
headphones or keep volumes low if you are on online meetings
while in the cubicles, similar to what we did for meetings in
cubicles on the 7th floor of the ARC.

Meeting rooms (87-101, 89-107/108) should be available in the
calendar system similar to what is done for conference rooms in
CEBAF center. I think we also have agreement that 87-113 (the mother's
room) can be used for short meetings and private phone calls, with
the caveat that nursing mothers have priority use of that room.

As Nick mentioned at the morning meeting, we can also use the LERF
break room (2nd floor) as a work area while at the lab. Kevin has
also mentioned that we can use the LERF control room when it is
not otherwise in use for cryomodule testing; that is a good place
to go for online meetings, for instance.

Let's plan to have CASA coffee and donuts in the LERF break room
on the last Wednesday of the month for now -- the next one will be
on Weds Sep 24 at 9 AM. I'll continue to keep everyone appraised
as CASA office space evolves.
