[Ccstaff] CentOS 5.3 64bit status

CentOS 5.3 64bit systems are available for early users in the 
experimental physics environment.  Several users have early access.

The compute farm now has 10 muon scanning production systems, plus 2 
Supermicro evaluation units.

Two systems are for interactive use -- IFARML1 for the muscn project 
exclusively, and IFARML64 ("64 bit") for early experimental physics 
users.  Two will also be exchanged out for GPU testing when needed.  The 
OS: linux64 option in the job submission script utilizes these systems. 

We will be working to bring this environment into full production in the 
coming weeks, as well as adding compatible RHEL 5.3 64bit desktop support.
