[Chep2021-iac] vCHEP proposal

Thanks to all who attended the Sept 25 CHEP IAC meeting.  For those who could not,  Simone and Graham’s presentation for a proposal for CERN to host a vChep is posted on the Indico site as is the poll to submit your vote supporting (or not) the proposal.   Erica is working on notes to summarize the discussion.
