Do we have a formal email that goes out announcing the conference? I've 
informally advertised to DUNE but realize that almost all of the 
communication has been through the IAC.

I think a simple email we could forward to collaborations/labss 
reminding them to register would be good.

Hello Heidi

All of the wide announcements go to the chep-info at cern.ch list, which is the accumulated registrations of everyone who has ever been at a CHEP (2500+).

They are also published on the website (as bulletins).

However, we do rely on experiments to forward these emails to the appropriate collaboration lists, especially for younger colleagues who have never yet attended a CHEP.

So please feel free to use the bulletin texts as needed to advertise.
