                I fully support moving the planned CHEP to 2022. I think
                the one issue from the delay, is the lack of opportunity
                for publications for some of the community. There are
                many people on the computing side, for whom CHEP and
                ACAT are basically the only outlets for their work.
                ACAT2020 has been postponed (currently envisaged for
                very late in 2021... but given that there is, as yet, no
                end in sight to the pandemic, even that might not
                crystallize. I'm not sure about CHEPinos... because
                there are many other well-established and well-focused
                forums and we might start "treading on toes". However,
                if we do go ahead, then we should think carefully about
                how to address the "high-quality publication" issue. <br>
