[Clara] Reconstruction Ran From CNU

So thanks to Sebastian's quick modification of the default orchestrator 
and default deploy, We were successfully able to run a reconstruction 
from CNU using files in the work directory at jlab. From a CNU terminal, 
I was able to deploy a services.yaml file on my local machine and then 
run the following command to start a reconstruction. Using the alarm 
display allowed me to easily view any errors that were thrown by the 
reconstruction. Please let me know what else I can do to help for the 
review. I will just be preparing for exams next week.
