[Clara] Two Node Reconstruction

Trying to run the reconstruction on the farm nodes and there are a few 
issues. Something is killing the jobs. I called the helpdesk and they 
said it is on CLARA side. I am not sure what it could be. As of right 
now all i notice is that when the reconstruction runs the platform has 
lost connections and when i refresh the auger job page both of the jobs 
clarausr had submitted are canceled.. I am going to try running it 
standalone and see if i am missing an error
