[Clas12_calcom] CLAS12 commissioning-with-beam plan

Dear All,
as reported at today meeting, a new document focused on the CLAS12 
commissioning-with-beam procedures is available. The document is based 
on specific sections of the full CLAS12 commissioning document, released 
in June, that were extracted to produce a new and more compact report, 
concentrated on the commissioning tasks that use beam interactions. The 
new document is posted on the CalCom wiki at 
https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/CLAS12_Calibration_and_Commissioning#Documents 
and can be downloaded from

The idea behind this new document is to have it reviewed by a panel of 
experts that could give us feedback on the commissioning plan we have 
developed.
Before proceeding with the review, it is important to have your feedback 
and I would like to ask all of you to read the document and share 
comments and suggestions by the end of the month.
