[Clas12_calcom] CalCom meeting Friday October 17

Dear All,
there will be a CalCom meeting Friday, October 17, at 10am EST. The 
meeting will be in L210A for people on site. Remote participants can 
connect via bluejeans following the instructions given in the email you 
should have got today from Dan and summarized below.

Since we did not have meeting for a few weeks I would like to have an 
update on all ongoing activities. Based on this, the preliminary agenda
