Hello Raffaella;

I love your slides; very clean and informative.

I do think you may be asked a few questions that you might
think about in advance:
1) how exactly will you use old data to test calibration
programs?  ... will the data be translated to new EVIO?
and
2) who is going to do the work?

The first one is technical, and we should work this out
with the software group.

The second question is more important.  Perhaps the
committee will praise you and us for our plans and will strongly
recommend that the collaboration coordinating committee support
us by assigning appropriate manpower.
