[Clas12_calcom] CalCom meeting on Friday September 5th

Dear All,
there will be a CalCom meeting next Friday, September 5th, at 10am EST. 
The meeting will be in L210A for people on site. Remote participants can 
connect via bluejeans following the instructions given in the email you 
should have got yesterday from Dan and summarized below.

Since the last meeting was four weeks ago, I would like to have an 
update from all ongoing activities. Based on this, the preliminary 
agenda is available at 
https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/CalCom_Meeting_9/5/2014 . I 
would like to ask all interested people to confirm whether they will be 
able to give the update and how much time they would like to have.

As you may remember, at the last meeting we presented a new document 
focused on the CLAS12 commissioning-with-beam procedures (see 
https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/images/b/b1/Commissioning-with-beam.pdf). 
As explained in the email that was sent time ago and is included below,

feedback._ This will be discuss at the meeting.
