[Clas12_calcom] requests for common tools development

Dear All,
based on the discussions we had during the GUI demonstrations of the 
last two meetings, I compiled a lists of requests for further 
development of common tools functionalities. Let me know if I forgot 
anything.

  * decoder:
      o add methods to do mode 7 emulation on mode 1 data and extract
        other parameters from waveform
      o include the possibility to draw results of pulse analysis
        (trigger crossing, pedestal, time from mode 7 emulation, …) on
        the waveform
  * event pane:
      o remove timer delay (done)
      o after opening a second file, the <,>,|| buttons do not work any more
  * saving pictures, make log entries
  * strip charts
  * color map for 2D color histograms
  * correlate data to HV/board channels
  * EmbeddedCanvas:
      o add the possibility to set global style options
      o add the possibility to remove axis labels and numbers and reduce
        space between pads when dividing canvas
      o add the equivalent of paw “zone 2 2 3 s” command
  * HashTable to replace ConstantsTable within CalibrationPane?
      o Order table values as numbers rather than characters
      o reorder table according to different columns
      o fix names of first three column
      o add possibility of set the column width
      o Synchronise detector selection and table selection
  * Fill under range of function/histogram (already possible?)
  * TBookCanvas - to be finished
  * Info related to the run (ex. run number saved in the evio file)
  * set a standard color coding for good, bad, … channels
  * hipo to root converter
  * add description to histograms, functions and other objects that
    could be accesses as pop-up or via right-click (“get info”?)
