[Clas12_calcom] Challenge data

Dear All,
first calibration of the FTOF system were completed yesterday, new 
constants uploaded to ccdb and run 17 data recooked. This new pass1 
files are available in
/volatile/clas12/calibration/challenge_july17/data/inbending_run17/pass1
Skims are in the process of being created and will be placed in 
/volatile/clas12/calibration/challenge_july17/data/inbending_run17/filtered.
