[Clas12_calcom] calibration challenge pass2 data

Dear All,
pass2 cooked data are available in 
/volatile/clas12/calibration/challenge_july17/data/inbending_run17/pass2 
. These are based on the new extracted constants for ctof, htcc, cnd 
(effective velocity, left-right offset, uturn offset) and ftcal constants.
