Hello Harut;

Notify me of changes to the two "DC" directories.
Also, would you please get rid of the "drift_chamber" directory?
Finally, please include Krishna Adhikari, Olga Cortes, Michael Kunkel,
Daniel Lersch, Susan Schadmand and Veronique Ziegler as being responsible
for updating the two DC directories (and myself, also) and also being 
notified by email of any changes to these directories.
