[Clas12_calcom] CALCOM Meetnig on Friday Nov. 3, 2017

Dear All,

There will be a CalCom meeting on Friday, November 3 at 10 a.m. EST. The preliminary meeting agenda

For the meeting I would like each subsystem representative to prepare a single slide related to preparations 
and plans for the upcoming Nov. cosmic ray running period detailing the following items:
 > work remaining to be ready (hardware, software, controls)
 > plans for the cosmic ray running detailing what the data will be used for (and what elements of the detector
    response cannot be studied)
 > trigger requirements (if any)
 > manpower involved

Let me know if you have other topics to discuss or updates that you would like to give. If you have slides to show, 
please link them to the wiki.

The meeting will be in L210A for people on site. Remote participants can connect via bluejeans following the 
instructions given below.
