[Clas12_calcom] Calibration Challenge Report - Draft

Folks,

A draft of the report prepared to review the organization and outcomes of the second 
CALCOM Calibration Challenge that took place over the past several weeks has been’
prepared. Please review and send me any feedback that you have by early Friday. The
plan is to submit this as a CLAS12 Note on Friday afternoon.
