[Clas12_calcom] CALCOM Meeting Friday Aug. 24

There will be a CALCOM meeting this Friday, Aug. 24 at 10 a.m. EST. The preliminary agenda is available at

Note: At present beam delivery to Hall B for the start of the fall RG-A run is planned to begin around noon
tomorrow. If this schedule shifts such that beam delivery is commences earlier in the day, a cancellation notice
for the CALCOM meeting will be sent out tomorrow morning. Please check your email.

The meeting will be in L210A for people on site. Remote participants can connect via bluejeans following the 
instructions given below.
