[Clas12_calcom] calibration files

Dear all

The computer center requested that we change the clas12 clara configuration
so as to properly access volatile space. All clas12 batch jobs have been
killed. The new configuration has been discussed with Vardan and will be
tested tonight. We will also start using SWIF for the management of
decoding batch job. This should in particular improve tape access.

I will launch the creation of filtered files with the partial statistics
obtained on run 3050 and 3105 with:

5a.0.11 + current torus map + new CVT algo

In the meantime, for those of you who want to take a look at a recent run,
please find a series of filtered files for run 3249 here

/volatile/clas12/data/rg-a/calibration/filtered/
