[Clas12_calcom] Extended Subsystem Discussions at CALCOM

Folks,

Today at CALCOM I discussed a request from the CLAS Collaboration Chair and
Hall B management for us to plan over the next few months to cover one subsystem
each week in a more extended discussion of calibration procedures, limitations,
issues, and work plans. 

I showed a few slides to highlight what we want covered in each presentation as
well as a proposed schedule. Please see the link at:

To be efficient in the scheduling, I have already locked in the presentations for the next
several weeks focusing on FTOF, ECAL, DC, and FT. I have given a suggested schedule
for the subsequent weeks for CND, CTOF, HTCC and LTCC, and RICH. Please let me 
know if there are conflicts with these listing (and if so when you are available). I would like 
to be done with the presentations by the Sept. 14 CALCOM meeting.
