[Clas12_calcom] Subsystem Run-Based Monitoring

Dear Latifa

I can launch the full decoding after 4013 to store on volatile, but I think
the actual procedure to process such a large amount of data should be:
- decode a few set of runs
- cook those runs
- filter those runs keeping the dst on work
