[Clas12_calcom] calibration next steps

Dear all

The accelerator being down means that halls will not be writing to tape for
at least a few hours

This is an opportunity to decode raw data. We should decide whether we want
to decode a few specific runs or whether we want to decode a fixed number
of files (say 10 or 20) per run for a range of runs to build a timeline

Please let me know. I need to launch this as soon as possible
