[Clas12_calcom] CALCOM Meeting Friday November 2

Dear All,

There will be a CALCOM meeting this Friday, Nov. 2 at 10 a.m. EST. The preliminary agenda

if you have other topics to discuss or updates that you would like to give. If you have slides to 
show please link them to the wiki.

NOTE: This meeting will focus mainly on remaining work on calibration suites before the start
of our final “production” calibrations. For each subsystem leader, please prepare 1 or 2 slides 
to show what must be done before you believe that we will be ready to begin final calibrations 
for your subsystem. Also note what plans you have for development of the calibration algorithms 
and suites (and whether these are longer term changes or necessary for RG-A calibrations). Let
me know if you have any questions. (My slides for FTOF/CTOF are posted on the meeting page
if you want an example.)

The meeting will be in L210A for people on site. Remote participants can connect via bluejeans 
following the instructions given below.
