[Clas12_calcom] CALCOM Meeting Friday January 11

Dear All,

There will be a CALCOM meeting this Friday, Jan. 11 at 10 a.m. EST. The preliminary agenda
is available at https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/CalCom_Meeting_1/11/2019. Let me know
if you have other topics to discuss or updates that you would like to give. If you have slides to
show please link them to the wiki.

Subsystem folks: Please prepare 2 or 3 slides to detail any recent issues with calibrations that
have been solved or remain to be solved, as well as what improvements to calibration procedures
are necessary in the period before the start of data processing in March.

The meeting will be in L210A for people on site. Remote participants can connect via bluejeans
following the instructions given below.
