[Clas12_calcom] CALCOM Meeting Friday November 1

Dear All,

There will be a CalCom meeting this Friday, November 1 at 10 a.m. EST. The agenda is available at
https://clasweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/CalCom_Meeting_11/1/2019.

As this will be the last CALCOM meeting before the CLAS Collaboration meeting (next week is the
QCD2019 workshop at JLab), I would ask that each subsystem prepare 2 slides to highlight the status
of the calibration, improvements in the calibration algorithm/approach over the last 4 months (since the
last CLAS Collaboration meeting), and remaining work to improve the calibration algorithm/approach.
Post your slides (Powerpoint please so that I can use your slides in my CLAS meeting presentation) to the
meeting agenda (or send them to me directly).

If you cannot attend the meeting, please still prepare your 2 slides and send them along so that we
can review them at the meeting. I would like updates from each of the following groups:

BAND - Florian
CND - Silvia/Pierre
CTOF - Daniel
DC - Mac/Taya
ECAL - Cole
FT - Raffaella
FTOF - Daniel
HTCC - Nick
LTCC - Mauri
RICH - Marco C./Marco B.
Tracking (forward+central) - Veronique

The meeting will be in L210A for people on site. Remote participants can connect via bluejeans following the
instructions given below.
