[Clas12_calcom] CALCOM Meeting Friday Apr. 10

There will be a CALCOM meeting this Friday, Apr. 10 at 10 a.m. EST. The agenda is available at

The focus of this meeting will be on the use of “status” words for the detectors to be used in
both reconstruction and simulation. These status words are primarily used to flag hardware
problems, but folks may have other ideas in mind. I would ask that each subsystem below prepare
a few (2-4) slides to be shown this week. If you cannot attend, please send me your slides and we
can still review them. Please let me know that you are available to present:

3) CND - Silvia/Pierre
4) ECAL - Cole
5) FTOF/CTOF - Daniel
6) CVT - Yuri/Maxime/Francesco
7) HTCC - Nick
8) RICH - Marco/Marco

10) BAND - Florian/Efrain
11) RTPC - Sebastian/Mohammad

We want to try to understand what your status words are, what they mean, how they are set,
and how they are used in reconstruction/simulation (or how you would like them used). Due to
the number of systems, we will not be able to cover all systems this week. Those we don’t
get to, we will discuss on Apr. 17. Let me know if you have any questions.
