[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] Update on 2π shifts and torus field

Hello all,

An update on the discussion last week about the shift in delta energy of
the electron seen in the out bending (s4_out_bad_de_E) data not seen in the
in bending data (s4_in_de_E). After Raffaella recooked the data with the
correct torus setting the shift goes and the out bending data
(s4_out_5424_de_E)   looks nearly identical to the in bending.
