[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] Engineering run Timelines updated

Hi Justin,

It looks like the torus=0.6,-0.6 outbending ERA runs may have been cooked with the wrong B field, based on beta vs p plots for protons, drops in the SF of about 0.6 and what RUN::config banks says. Could you check this?
