[Clas12_calcom] CALCOM Meeting Friday September 3

Dear All,

There will be a CALCOM meeting this Friday, September 3 at 10 a.m. (JLab time). The agenda, available at

for RG-A Spring 2018 and for RG-F Summer 2020 with a detailed report on RTPC3 calibration.

Subsystem Leader Tasks:
- As announced multiple times over the past few months, the subsystem teams must complete an assessment
  of the hardware status of their systems to determine how things change vs. time during each run period. The
  location of the data files is in the attachment. This work will be a focus of our CALCOM meeting next week. 
  Please complete this work and be prepared to present a summary.
- With the upcoming parallel efforts of pass-2 recalibrations and online calibrations for RG-M and RG-C, please
   consider your calibration manpower needs for the next year. It is now time to prepare the calibration service
   work tasks for calibration sign-up. It might be necessary to double your calibrator request for this upcoming cycle.
