[Clas12_calcom] check of CCDB constant ranges to get ready for RG-C

Dear detector contacts,
the RG-C run is about to start, and we'll need a decent set of CCDB
constants for all subsystems to start checking the quality of our data as
it comes in. I'd like to ask you all to please verify in CCDB that all the
useful calibration constants of your subsystem(s) have fairly recent and
reasonable values (RG-M) and the run ranges extend to infinity.
Please let me know when you're done.
