Dear Silvia,
The ECAL will start with the most recently optimized timing constants from RGM (run 15832). For PMT gains the ccdb gain constants were set to unity after RGM run 15538 as HV were adjusted to provide gain matching based on cosmic muon MIP data (this is periodically done as software gain constants are not implemented in the e- trigger firmware.) Over the last days of cosmic running I verified the hardware gains are still holding up but I expect to make a few individual adjustments.
