[Clas12_calcom] first RGC cooked file available

Dear detector contacts,
the first RGC cooked run was just produced by Mohammad, with calib scheme.
It is a 15-nA empty target run, so it may not be ideal for calibrations,
but if you need a first look at cooked data, it is better than nothing :-)

You'll find the calibration trains at the following path:
/volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/pass0v0/train/
