[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RGM pass0.10 timelines

RG-M has completed pass0.10 and published the latest timelines here:

These timelines cover the major FTOF calibrations performed over the last week. There are still some remaining FTOF calibrations that will be finished as well as another pass0 before we write off on that.

The next calibration will be DC and these timelines should give a good idea of what sub-ranges we would like to calibrate for that, so I will be in contact with the DC group.
