[Clas12_calcom] need of detector expert feedback for RGB F19/S20 ready-for-calibration review

Dear all,
this coming Friday (November 18th) there will be the "ready for
calibration" review of RGB Fall19/Spring20, in order to officially start
the recalibration for the pass2 of the last two pieces of RGB.
The charge is unchanged since the previous review:
1) Overview of the dataset
2) Run Group leadership, responsibilities , manpower
3) Recalibration effort: number of runs to calibrate for each subsystem
with their applicable run ranges ( based on the work for the pass 1
calibration)
4) Overview of the list of production and calibration runs to be included
in the calibration timelines
5) Detailing of known problems during any of the production/calibration
runs that affect the calibration quality
6) Detector subsystem calibration QA specs
7) Recalibration timeline (2 month window ) with trackable milestones
leading up to the pass 2 ready for cooking review

I need the feedback of all detector contacts to address points 3), 5), 6)
and 7). For points 6) and 7), please see the slides at

the S19 ready-for-calibration review) and tell me if you think anything
has changed.
