[Clas12_calcom] new, "final", timelines for RGB available for checking

Dear detector contacts,
new timelines have just come been produced by Zhiwen (thank you!) for RGB,
with 20 files/run: https://clas12mon.jlab.org/rgb/pass0/v28.21/tlsummary/

Please check them as soon as possible and let me know if your subsystem is
ok - ready for pass2 - or if any further cookings and calibrations are
needed. We'd like to launch the test cooking of a few runs as soon as
possible, but we need to be sure that the calibrations are complete.
