[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RGA Spring19 pass(2)-0 timelines following FTOF calibration and beam offset calculation

Hi Timothy,
all looks good for the CND except for the vz diff, which is systematically
shifted by ~0.7 cm. I'd like to calibrate one run (whichever
high-statistics "good run" that you may chose for other subsystems as
well) to see if this offset goes back at 0.
