[Clas12_calcom] RGC Run 16947 cooked for calibrations

Dear detector contacts,
RGC run 16947 has been re-cooked after FTOF calibration was performed, and
trains are available for calibration.

The recon files can be found under
/volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/calib/8.2.4/calib/recon/016947/
The calib skimmed files can be found under
/volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/calib/8.2.4/calib/train/
