[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] update of the RICH CCDB

Dear Timothy, Silvia and others,
as you may remember from the last calcom meeting, before starting the 
pass2 cooking, the RICH CCDB should be updated with the latest 
calibration constants that will allow to improve the PID and to extend 
the kinematic coverage of the detector with respect to the pass1 
cooking.
I would like to do the update tomorrow, please let me know if I can 
proceed.
After the update, I would ask you to recook one full high statistic run 
to validate the new constants.
