[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RGA Fa18 Inb+Out QA timelines available

Hi Timothy,
for outbending, all CND distributions are in specs, although delta z is
slightly shifted down (something I saw recently also in other cases and I
can't really understand). There are a couple of runs jumping a bip up in
the time distribution (~50) ps, they are all special runs (low current or
ET). If you want, I can try to calibrate one run for each of those ranges
(but, once again, they're all in specs).

For inbending, the energy and time plots are ok, but there is still one
problematic range for deltaz, for at the very beginning, from runs 4779 to
4895, which are off specs.
I have a hard time to understand if these are really good runs, as RCDB
has awkward figures for these runs. If they are, I can try to do a final
attempt to fix this if you can please cook me three HIGH STATISTICS FULL
TARGET runs, in these ranges:
4779 - 4804
4846 - 4875
4887 - 4895
