[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RGA Fa18 Inb+Out QA timelines available

Dear Timothy,

FTCal is within specs too, with two exceptions;
- runs 4795-4798, where the pi0 mass is slightly above the upper limit;
- runs 5126-5127, where the pi0 mass is slightly below the limit.
I’m not sure there is much that can be done for the first, or whether it would be worth doing something because the statistics for energy calibrations of those early runs is very limited. I can fix the second, assigning to them the constants of the following run range.

All the other outliers are empty target runs for which the calibrations are fine but the information shown by the timelines is unreliable.
