[Clas12_calcom] timelines for RGB - Winter20 ready for detector sybsystems

Dear CalCom,
DC calibrations were completed for RGB W20, and new timelines were run
with the updated code. You can find them here:

I don't know if an RF calibration is necessary, the QA timeline seems in
spec for all runs, although near the edges in some cases. Raffaella,
please let me know what your plans are.
All detector subsystems, please make your cooking requests, possibly
providing ranges, so that we can optimize the cooking choosing runs
satisfying everyone.
