Dear Silvia,
for the RICH we have two levels of status tables.
For the ones that control the particle ID (aerogel, mirrors) we don't
foresee any run dependence, the possible time dependence from one run
period to another is taken into account through the ccdb variations (as
we do for the alignment tables).
The run dependence could be relevant for the MAPMT status table, and
here we might have few possible contributions:
- permanent macroscopic failure of the electronics, like the broken
board we had in sector 1: this is easy to catch and to include in the
table
- permanent failure of individual PMT channels: in several years of
running, we lost no more than 2 channel per module (25k each), so it is
totally negligible so far, but we have tools to monitor this.
- temporary failure of the electronics due to radiation damage: this
could be very complicated to catch and we don't have tools available
yet, but hopefully should be a minor effect.
Best regards,
Marco
