[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RGA Sp19 8.5.0 pass-(2)-0 available

Hi all,

After a bit of a farm-related delay we finally have a pass-0 with coatjava_8.5.0 for RGA Spring 2019. It should reflect the same calibration as sp19_v0.14 which was done with coatjava_8c.4.0 so hopefully there are no dramatic or unexpected changes. If you have an opportunity, I would greatly appreciate it if any system experts could give an additional once-over of their timelines and send me their thoughts as we will hopefully be pushing for the pass-2 review now.
