[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] new RGM pass0.13

Dear All,


RGM has finished pass0.13 which should contain all the calibrations for the full RGM run range except the outbending dataset in the DC detector which is still ongoing.


Please take a look at the following timelines and let me know if there are any remaining calibrations that should be performed.
