[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RG-K latest pass0 - please take a look

Dear Annalisa,

The new PCAL/ECIN/ECOU timing residual timelines (PCAL below) show run dependent excursions from zero at run points that correspond to beam energy change and other incidents of RF adjustments (I assume).  The excursions are on the order of 50-70 ps (similar to those seen in CND below), which is well below the average timing resolution for e- of 300-350 ps for PCAL  All other timelines are within reasonable QA limits.
