[Clas12_calcom] [EXTERNAL] RG-K ready for subsystem detector calibration

Dear CLAS12 detector subsystems Calibrators Group Leaders,

RG-K is ready for subsystems calibration.

You can find the new RGK timelines (RF calibration included) at:

Please take a look at the present timeline and identify the runs you 
need to be cooked for your subsystem calibration.
