[Clas12_calcom] RGC summer22 pass0: files and timelines location

Dear CalCom,
a pass0 was run for RGC-Summer22 after updating DC alignment. The cooked
data are at: /volatile/clas12/rg-c/production/pass0/mon/v0.12/mon/recon/
The timelines are at the link:

These data/timelines will be mainly used for beam-offset calibration. But
DC and FTOF can also look at them to have an idea of how the new DC
alignment impacted previous calibrations.
